With the end of the first day of the GSX-R Cups at the Schleizer Dreieck an exhausting and hot day passes by. The reason were temperatures over 30°C at the stunning track in Schleiz – the oldest road racing track in Germany.
Especially the high air and tarmac temperatures demanded a lot of the riders and the equipment. Danny had to deal with especially with his tires, which didn’t offer ideal grip and showed mechanical damage after a few laps.

After a few adjustments and setup changes Danny finished 4th in qualifying one – due to limitations by his tires.
